Is air-popped popcorn healthier than chips?

Air-popped popcorn is a whole grain made without frying, no seed oils, no trans fat, and lighter on fat and calories than chips or microwave popcorn.

What does air-popped actually mean?

The corn is popped with hot air alone, no oil, no frying. Each kernel bursts using only the drop of water inside it. The simplest way to make popcorn.

Can kids eat Wonder?

Yes, a simple whole-grain snack with no artificial additives. As with all popcorn, it isn't suitable for very young children (roughly under 4) because of the choking risk.

How should I store it?

Keep the bag sealed somewhere cool and dry. Air-popped popcorn is at its crispest fresh, so it won't last long anyway.
